The protagonist is a priest, who has an impulse towards a missionary feeling, going to Buenos Aires to help the victims of this horrible epidemic. But a few kilometers before arriving in Buenos Aires, he passes by his brother's house and there he finds his infected family and there he finds his infected family and the abandoned house. A series of unexpected events corner him in this place and make him doubt his main mission, his ethical beliefs and, finally, his faith.
